We sell physical fashion and accessory products for men and women.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, colors, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly due to device settings, lighting, or manufacturing differences.

Product availability and descriptions may change without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been issued.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

Orders are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD ($).

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

After processing, orders are shipped via established carrier networks.

Estimated delivery timelines within the United States:

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Transit Time: 4–9 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We remain responsible for resolving delivery-related issues in accordance with our policies.

SECTION 6 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customers may have a statutory right to cancel orders in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

In addition, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be in their original condition where possible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected.

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Wilson Oxford and protected by intellectual property laws.

Wilson Oxford is powered by Shopify Inc., but all purchases are made directly with Wilson Oxford / Imexva B.V.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, information on our website may contain errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct such issues and cancel affected orders where necessary.
