1. When can I expect to receive my order?

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–9 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase required.

3. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Wilson Oxford ships within the United States only.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging where possible.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

10. How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
