30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days of receipt if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If your claim is confirmed, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund. No return is required for confirmed defective or incorrect items.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
We do not charge restocking fees.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.
